Detailed quality control, AOI inspection
Every assembled PCB goes through detailed quality control conducted by qualified and experienced inspectors. The control process is logged and monitored in the production management system. Following strict procedures allows us to ensure reliability and the highest quality of manufactured devices.
Software development

Device programming, full functional testing

Enclosure assembly
After programming and testing, we assemble PCBs into enclosures and integrate them with displays, keyboards, or other components. The entire process is carried out with the highest precision and care.
Complete final assembly (products ready for sale)
In the complete final assembly process, we offer, among others, device labeling according to client’s specifications (barcode printing, QR codes, serial numbers) and uploading product identification data to the customer’s system. We also provide custom services adjusted to specific requirements.
Kitting and packaging
We offer product packaging services carried out with the utmost care and in line with individual arrangements. The process involves placing devices in retail-ready packaging and including materials such as user manuals or warranty cards, among others. Once the packaging process is complete, the products are fully prepared for further distribution and delivery to the end customer.
