As of 25 May 2018, the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council of the EU No. 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (GDPR) applies. In connection with the above, we inform you about the method of processing your personal data, as well as about your rights.

The provision of your personal data is voluntary, but necessary to conclude the contract and perform the service (Article 6, paragraph 1, letter b of the GDPR).

We also process your personal data for the following purposes:
– registration in the order system and order fulfillment
– consideration of potential complaints and claims
– archival
– statistical
– accounting
– tax
– marketing

Your personal data will be stored by us for the duration of the contract (service provision), but also after its termination:
– data on contracts until the limitation period for claims arising from them (maximum 10 years)
– data on invoices and accounting documents for the time and purposes resulting from legal regulations
– data regarding complaints and warranties for 1 year after the warranty expires or the complaint is settled
– data used for marketing purposes until you withdraw your consent to their processing

Your personal data may be transferred to other entities:
– banks or other payment intermediaries
– companies conducting courier or postal activities
– state authorities or other entities authorized under the regulations in order to perform our obligations (e.g. Tax Office)
– accounting service provider
– companies servicing and securing our IT systems

Your personal data may be processed by us in an automated manner, but not in the form of profiling.

You have the right to access your personal data, you can modify, update, correct it, as well as withdraw your consent to our marketing activities by contacting us at info@convel.pl.

If you believe that our processing of your data violates the provisions of the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority.
