Electronic device manufacturing to order: how it works here
It starts with documentation, not with a price list. You send the BOM, the Gerber files and the planned quantities, and we review the design for series production: assembly technology, component availability, testability, fit with the enclosure. Only then do we prepare a quote and a schedule. After that the board goes through the successive stages on one shop floor in Warsaw: purchasing of components and PCBs, SMD assembly on Yamaha machines, THT assembly, AOI inspection, programming, functional testing, enclosure assembly and packaging. Every batch has its history in our ERP system, from the component delivery to the serial number on the label.
The whole thing, or the stage you need
Contract manufacturing of electronic devices does not have to mean handing us everything. Some customers order the full set: from design and documentation, through production, to a product packed and ready for sale. Others have their own component suppliers or their own test department and need only assembly, or only packaging. The twelve services below are stages you can combine freely. The difference is one: with the full scope you settle with one supplier and one deadline, and a defect goes back to its source in hours, not weeks.
